[ADXA] Newsletter time

Even though we won't have a real "face to face" meeting I still want to 
put out a edition of the ADXA newsletter.

If you have anything you'd like to have published please forward it to 
me by June 10, 2020.

Hope to catch some of you on 12M where I've been spending a bit of my 
free time.  I worked Wb5JJJ shortly after he worked HI.  I'm one state 
shy of WAS on 12M and I have 46 countries on 12M on my road to 8 Band DXCC.

Joel,  I'd appreciate your input to the newsletter.
