[ADXA] New Member Stats for Cecil, W5HWU

Cecil, W5HWU, has provided updated DXCC standings info.  He has attained the
200 mark on Mixed DXCC!   A recent confirmation from Uganda got him there.
Congrats on reaching that milestone Cecil.  About 30 new band counters have
also been added.  He has plans to replace his Cushcraft D-4 rotating dipole
and replace it with a Cushcraft 2 element 40M yagi.  It will be at about the
50ft level on the tower.  With the existing 204BA 4-element 20M yagi and the
new 2L on 40M Cecil will be raking in some new ones this summer!
