[ADXA] New Member Standing for Earl, N5ZM

Earl, N5ZM, has provided updated DXCC Standings.  Earl has worked nine new
ones on 6M this summer and is now at 103 verified on the Magic Band and is
now the holder of 6M DXCC.  The three latest catches were JW, HL and OX.
His Desoto Challenge total is now 2897.  Nice work Earl.
