[ADXA] HK3X - 12 Meters

Was sitting here listening to 6 and 10 with no activity.  

Moved to 12 and was listening to static for 10-15 minutes while doing some logbook cleanup.  Out of nowhere comes HK3X +15 on FT8.  He is at 24915 528.  He is working EU stations.
