[ADXA] New Member Standings for Cecil, W5HWU

Cecil, W5HWU has provided updated DXCC Standing info.  Cecil has added some
All Time New Ones as well and band counters on 80, 40 and 30M.  He has
achieved DXCC on 40M with 105 confirmed.  He now has DXCC on four bands.  

 

Cecil has been experimenting with a 300ft long wire receiving antenna about
12ft off the ground.  A bit like a Beverage but unterminated on the far end.
The near end is connected to an antenna tuner.  He has plans to convert it
to  Loop on Ground for 80 and 160M.  Matt Roberts has a site outlining work
he has done on LoG..Loop on Ground receive antennas.
