We found out that the mission where the equipment is located locks up at 5 PM every day due to various problems and Hamilton can’t operate the equipment after 5.  His days are filled with humanitarian work and his boss wasn’t giving him enough opportunities to get on the air.  A strong letter from financial supporters may have eased that situation some but we tried yesterday at 3:30 on 14.265 and they were having a lightning storm so he wisely stayed off the air.
