Knowing main yagi and hex type antennas for upper HF bands are not available, it appears mainly dipoles being used, including for 14MC. Very unfortunate circumstances and not anticipated I’m sure. 

Only CW appears to be to close by EU countries and on 80m. Doubtful could be heard too well in NA.  Rest of bands being tried are FT8 only and a very few NA getting thru on 14mc FT8, although signals are in the +dB audio range and CW could be used .. Not good for us in mid NA for sure.  Maybe next group in February will know more border custom officials and can get decent antennas into the country.  We shall see …
