[ADXA] E44RU Palestine Update

Thanks for update.  I wondered what was up with them.  Nothing on 160 and
puny signal on 80 last night

F8FKI, Manu, is reporting on the ON4KST Low Band Chat that the E44RU team
had their antennas and masts retained at customs and my not be able to
obtain them until they depart. They are currently using wire antennas.

This is not good news for this team if it holds. They were on 80 meters last
night very weak here.

There is another team planning to head to Palestine, E44CC, February 5-17.

We'll see what pans out.
