[ADXA] Hanging Judge Hamfest Fort Smith April 4

Thanks to everyone who stepped up. Looks like we're in GREAT SHAPE!! 

Ken K5ALQ, J N5LKE and Dave K5UZ will staff our table and Rory & team at
FSAARC will have us set up next to the ARRL table. 

Ken - I'll get the banner and signs to you in Russellville.
