[ADXA] RE; FORT SMITH HAMFEST, (APR. 4TH.).

Dear Joel,
I'm previously 'FROM Fort Smith' & was a past member of the Ham Club  for many years while living there.   I do plan on attending their ham-fest, anyway,.....as I usually always try to do....and I wouldn't mind the extra duty of manning an ADXA table while there.
If my volunteer status is acceptable, I would need the "ADXA-BANNER", "CARD-CHECKING" sign, some "Membership-Applications", (possibly/?) some "ARRL-applications", and anything-else that might be appropriate and/or interesting handouts....in order to make the overall presence attractive :& productive?
I can easily "PICK-UP" any material at our March meeting?   Some 'company' would also be nice & I'm sure that there are several of the local ADXA membership that could/would provide same....even for short 'drop-in' periods?   Suggestions & Recommendations are also welcomed?
