[ADXA] New Member Standings info for Roger, N5QS

Roger, N5QS, has added new ones across the bands.  He's up to 318 Mixed
getting closer to Honor Roll territory.  If I remember the story correctly,
Roger was looking through old boxes of cards and found a card from Bouvet!
We just need to start calling Roger "Lucky".  Maybe the only way to get
Bouvet for a while?
