Steve N4JQQ and I were having an email exchange today about North Cook
and South Cook Island's both now having the same prefix E5. You old dogs
will recall they have been different throughout history, and even more
so before they were call "Cook" Islands.

So, the question was how do you tell the difference between the two
based on the callsign since two separate DXCC entities have the same
callsign prefix. Somehow in my mind I though the North Cook stations
would be something like E51Nxx and South Cook would be E51Sxx or
something like that but I can't find anything to support that wild
theory that exists in my head.

Can someone enlighten me? Bill Kennamer, being our DXCC resident expert
historian can you set me straight?

Thanks
