I was running at 26 WPM.
You are correct. Some of the stations CW sounds like crap. The weighting
is awful. Some of that, I believe, is from stations maybe running remote
and latency is kicking in and impacting the sig. They should really
listen to their sig on another RX to see what it is like.
I can copy fairly well, up to around 35 WPM.....nothing close to His
Royal High Speed Championshipness Dennis, W5RZ, but I do want to believe
I can carry his lunch for him on occasion!
