[ADXA] Andorra FT8

Picked up Andorra (C31MF) last night about 0730z on 40m. He confirmed
immediately. New country for me.

 

Not a strong exchange. Came back to me with a -12. He was a -04 and I called
back 6 times. He finally gave me a RR73 and then disappeared. But I have
been seeing him late in the evening this week. 

 

Also since my contact and QSL with Morocco, I picked up Israel on 40m night
before last. Must have been an omen to the political announcement yesterday,
LOL. Amazing times.
