[ADXA] New Member Standings info for Steve, N4JQQ

Steve, N4JQQ, has provided updated DXCC Standing info.  Steve has completed
his DXCC on 80M and has started to concentrate on 160M a bit more.  His new
Cushcraft vertical seems to be working for him.   He now has 321 on
10M..that's a great number considering the band conditions for a number of
years.  There are many members over 320 on 10M.  Steve also bumped his CW
Honor Roll up one to 335 and his Challenge score up to 2080.  Nice going
Steve.
