[ADXA] ARRL 160 Meter Contest & ADXA Officer/Board Election

This weekend, actually starting at 4:00 PM local time today, Friday, is 
the annual ARRL 160 Meter Contest. One of my favorites. While not a big 
DX contest, although it is aimed that way, it has morphed in to a USA 
contest simply because most of the DX is buried under USA CQ machines!

Regardless, if you're looking for a new state for a 160 meter WAS or 
seeking a new DXCC on 160, get in there and see whats on. The contest 
runs through Sunday around 10 AM local time.

And, of course, this traditionally would be our ADXA Annual Meeting 
weekend. We (the officers and board) are sorry we are unable to conduct 
a nice in-person gathering but confident we will be able to do so 
sometime in 2021. Along that note, a couple of weeks ago I sent an email 
to you advising that the ADXA board had taken into consideration how to 
handle our officer nominations and elections for 2021. A slate of the 
existing officers and board was nominated and the floor (reflector) 
opened for additional nominations until December 1. None have been 
received so that slate is the only nominated group. Without objection 
(if there is please, please let it be known) we will declare the current 
officers and board re-elected for 2021.
