[ADXA] EP2MKO

Went to the mailbox yesterday and had a QSL card for EP2MKO which I worked in 1998.  This is for the only contact I have had with Iran.  It looks like it was mailed from Russia in April of this year after a request in November.  I was glad to see it but was thinking after a 8-9 month lag that my $$ had gone in a black hole.
