[ADXA] ADXA 3rd Quarterly Meeting - CANCELLED

ADXA Folks,

The ADXA Board has been discussing our 3rd Quarterly Meeting originally 
scheduled for September 18. While some things have started to open up, 
we believe holding a meeting at this time is not in the best interest of 
our members health and safety and therefore have decided to CANCEL the 
meeting.

It would be almost impossible to identify a restaurant that would agree 
to host a group of more than six people now so the only other option 
would be to meet at someone's home. We do not believe this is 
appropriate as it would place a homeowner at risk of significant 
liability should attendees contract Covid-19. It is also unclear if our 
members would even feel safe attending a meeting/gathering.

As such, this leaves us with no option but to cancel our meeting.

We are reviewing some potential opportunities to host a virtual annual 
meeting in a few months however nothing has officially been planned our 
scheduled at this time.

I want to thank all of you for being safe and staying active on the air 
during this time. It is very encouraging to see the activity and chatter 
on our reflector and also to see you continue to send in your updated 
standings to Pat for posting on our website.
