Congrats to Shane for Full Membership now and you can VOTE.. hi   And, Dawn, great that you are working up on the DXCC ladder during these low sunspot times. I am finding 7-18mc are usually pretty good and 21mc pops in a lot too. 80m still with some increasing seasonal QRN but good if you are up at 9PM to 6AM.. HI
