Yea, pile up has a lot of ugly hair on it. 

Ya know, it was 40 years ago, in 1979, when the Amateur Radio Service
received the allocation at 10 MHz. In that time you would think we would
have proven we can "co-exist" with whatever gov't services are left in
that band and we could get the power restriction lifted. It has been in
just about every other country.
