[ADXA] ADXA 3rd Quarterly Meeting This Saturday

Greetings ADXA folks.

N5QS, N5QT, Kim and I are looking forward to hosting the 3rd Quarterly 
ADXA Meeting here at W5ZN this Saturday.

If you have not let us know if you will attend please do so. Everything 
is coming together with the planning except the damn WX that is still 
close to 100 degrees with a  heat index that exceeds that. Lunch menu 
planned is BBQ pulled pork, BBQ chicken, beans, coleslaw, chips, soft 
drinks, water and desert.

The gates to the property will NOT be opened until 10:30 AM. We will 
plan to eat between 11:00 to 11:30 AM then have our business meeting 
after which we will tour the antenna farm and the shack. Yes photos are 
welcomed.

Please dress for warm weather. We originally planned to gather and have 
the meeting in the shop but if the temps are still too warm Saturday we 
will migrate to the house with AC. Be prepared to walk around the 
antenna farm during the tour. We won't be going out to the low band RX 
arrays that sit close to 1000 feet from the shack (unless you want to) 
although you will see some of them as you drive toward the house on 
Miller Rd. Some of the HF antennas are 600 feet away from the shack. If 
you have a handicap and can't walk we'll "scooter" you around.

We have around 35 who have indicated they will attend, including around 
12 from northwest Arkansas which is excellent. We're excited about the 
meeting. Looking forward to seeing everyone Saturday.
