[ADXA] ADXA Meeting September 21

Greetings,

We are looking forward to hosting our 3rd Quarterly Meeting here at 
W5ZN. If you have not already let me know if you will attend, please do 
so ASAP so we can ensure there is plenty of food and drinks available. 
So far we have 16 who have confirmed.

Attached is the draft agenda for our business meeting.

Also attached is a proposed change to our Articles of Association. We 
will NOT, repeat NOT vote on this at the upcoming meeting. It will be 
submitted for vote at the December meeting. One change is minor, in my 
opinion, to remove Article 4(a) that requires weekly on the air 
meetings. There hasn't been a weekly on the air meeting is years, maybe 
decades, as the internet and our reflector has over taken that 
necessity. As such this requirement is outdated no longer needed.

The second proposed item is the addition of an Article 6(a) to add 
By-Laws. We currently do not have the policies of ADXA contained 
anywhere but in old minutes that are difficult to locate or in someone's 
memory. Getting these in place in a set of By-Laws will allow us to 
function better than relying on memory. Currently there is only one 
By-Law being proposed and that is to document our policy for DXPedition 
funding. The proposed By-Law draft is also attached and will be 
submitted for vote at the December meeting.
