[ADXA] V84SAA QSL - LoTW question

Tony Stefanov, LZ1JZ is my QSL card printer.  I have used him for years.
Tony is very responsive to questions and a great guy.  Tony is the QSL
manager for V84SAA.  I am sure if you send him an e-mail he will get back
