[ADXA] VU7RI Lakshadweep Is. #53

I "THINK" I did too, he was finally stronger than -17 with deep QSB and I
saw him give me a signal report twice but never got a RR73.  LNWL... but I
will probably try him again this afternoon when conditions are better.
