[ADXA] Updated Member Stats for Cecil, W5HWU and John, KT4AC

Cecil, W5WHU, has provided updated DXCC standings info.  Cecil has been busy
working new ones.  He's closing in on DXCC on 40M with 96 verified.   He's
also now up to 192 Mixed.  Great progress with virtually no sun spots. 

 

John, KT4AC, has also been busy and has added new ones on several bands.
John is up to 279 Mixed. Great progress John.
