Thanks info Joel. I had checked their site on the DX World link but guess it is off a few hours. Good info. Hope the guy is medically stable. You might remember a few years ago an XE1 on a DXped to the Pacific died within an hour or two of landing back in NA. Had a fatal heart attack..

San,
Here is an official news release from ZK3A official website which is linked from our ADXA website:
QRT
8 October 2019
ALL TEAM MEMBERS ARE FINE!
A person on the island is ill. So they have sent the boat there early to get this person medical help. The team has ceased operations and packing up all equipment to get on that boat because there will not be another boat for ten days.

Only thing I can imagine is a typhoon type storm and being on the periphery of high winds and possibly being stranded a few days. Anyway, potential is that ZK3A operation is over now on Oct 9th GMT instead of 11th.  Mellish Reef in the past was stopped on 3rd day of a planned 8-9 day DXpedition a few years ago due to typhoon type weather suddenly occurring. The ZK3A did a good job of covering all modes and bands these past few days. Hope those who needed it for an ATNO or some new band/modes got 'em.
