[ADXA] VK9CZ

VK9CZ is proving to be a real problem to work.  Spotted this morning at
15:32Z he is still on 80 CW while 6W7PCT is bombing in on 20.  I understand
"let's make this challenging" but it has gone from challenging to down
right difficult.
