Surely you were not hearing him were you? On my antenna they are 10 and then down to 00... The same on the vertical and sloper.
This is their peak according to the W5 call area  guys who have worked him and using ClubLog QSO data, 0000Z -0015Z. GL all.  30m peak is 01-02, so I think better on 30m in another hour. Joel will know more, think he has worked them there too.
