Happy to report I made my goal of working them at least once
on cw, ssb and ft-8.... 17 and 20 cw, 20 ssb and 20 ft-8 (just now - nice
signal here in NM). Interestingly, their log shows me working them on
17 ft-8 - altho I did connect with them twice, the connection didn't
complete the contact. Checked my wsjt-log (which John showed me how
to do hi), and not there either.  I found from my VK9 log there were
several contacts in the wsjt -log that I didn't see while writing down
the contacts as I watched the screen.... strange ....

Joel - that's why they have naps in the afternoon hi.... GL on
