[ADXA] Noise on 80

Bill - Not to sound negative, just an honest report, you were VERY VERY
WEAK here and I had every RX antenna I could muster trying to hear you.
The band is very quite here this morning, the sig was just weak. Same
report from everyone on the Low Band Chat page. 

I can't even hear you guys on 40.
