[ADXA] Holiday Inn Springdale - Room Reservations

Please note that our block of rooms at the Holiday Inn, Springdale, at 
the rate of $109/night expires Friday, November 8. If you are planning 
to stay at the Holiday Inn, please make your room reservations ASAP. If 
you have plans to attend, but aren’t quite sure yet I would recommend 
you go ahead and make a room reservation because I believe you can 
cancel it up to two days prior to arrival (but verify that) if your 
plans change and you can’t make it.

There are several other hotel options very close by however it is nice 
to be right where the “action” is! ADXA is not obligated to book a 
certain number of rooms but we do hold a block for a period of time.
