I'm fortunate to not have trees. I planned it that way and hear about it
from Kim frequently.

My north tower, Tower #4, was a Rohn 25 that had a 7x7x7 stack of 6
meter antennas and an old 3 element triband on it as a "Chase" and
backup HF antenna. We took down the Rohn 25 and we're replacing it with
Rohn 45. I'm putting the 7x7x7 stack back up but also moving the
20/15/10 meter antennas there as well as putting the big 6M9KHW 6 meter
antenna above the top HF antennas. Obviously, Rohn 25 wouldn't handle
all of that so I needed more "meat" with new anchors, Phyllistran, etc.
Its all been sitting in my shop since last September waiting for it to
stop raining.

Roger and I got the base section all in place last week and the new
anchors set in concrete and have 30 feet of the new tower up and now
ready to set the first Ring Rotor then the next section of tower with
the first set of guys. Just waiting for the concrete in the anchors to
cure out another day or two before stressing it.

The Rohn 45 that currently has the 20/15/10 antennas on it will become
home to the new W6NL 40 Meter Moxon Yagi currently under construction.

So many antenna projects, so little time !!!!!! But at least the WX has
cooperated!
