It looks like Ship Tracker and Marine Traffic last captured a position on 3/19. To the best of my knowledge, these services are tracking the VHF AIS signal. I also am lead to believe that these signals can be picked up by a satellite. Not sure what the personal device they are using is but it seems to be much more reliable. QQ
