[ADXA] 3Y0I boat location now working again, 1 hour old

Last 3Y0I boat update location is one hour old (#20 positioning) and definitely well below the tip of So. Africa. 
Looks like not a trial run for sure, a straight path to Bouvet. I am using Dom’s personal GPS program link.
