[ADXA] 3Y0 - the ship positions not working

Did a search and couldn't come up with anything better San.  AIS is a 
VHF marine channel that IS monitored by satellites.  However, I'm not 
sure how reliable it is in the South Atlantic.  The Russians completely 
disrupted the GPS coverage in the North Atlantic during the NATO games 
according to proof supplied by Norway.  Maybe some of the Russian 
hams...................................:)))))
