[ADXA] F/H FT8

I will be happy to help with any FT8 Questions.

We had a Forum on running the Fox/Hound Modes at the Russellville Hamfest.
We gave folks a chance to see both sides of the Fox and Hound modes. We
had computers set up so folks could sit down and actually make live
contacts running in the Fox/Hound Mode.
