Well, W5JAY knows SO much about the ins and outs of FT8, all the variances and glitches. MANY have contacted him for “problems”. So he is just not a DX chaser on FT8 but has used all forms of digital including JT65 etc. The variances do not bother him. His overall knowledge is great when it comes to digi modes.
Not sure about how much John knows about glitch fixing on FT8, not knowing his history, and his countries do not show up on the ADXA Membership DX list standings. Without that for me to go down the list for digital operators to contact, I quickly could only go by ADXA members who have definite FT8 extended experiences to help Steve. Earl has been on digital longer than all of us I think and likely a very good FT8 contact person.

Better Answer. - (You Old guys' memory is fading...)
Obviously, the BEST source of Info for FT8 is the Award winning "2018 FT8-DX-Hog",,, John Albert Evans, Wb5BHS.
And, He's got the toilet seat to prove it....

Steve: Best I think is W5JAY, W5ZN and N5ZM, they do so much FT8 and can help you on any matter pertaining to syncing and such. Good luck.

I did put up my 40m sloper that had blown down in the 55MPH winds yesterday and oriented it from NE to E, hoping to get thru to XR0ZRC who has been solid 559-599 here but he has trouble coping thru his QRN. One QSO per minute tells you something. Can’t get to SSE since my house steep roof is in the way... Vertical lost all its elevated radials, all 3 of them. HI
