[ADXA] XR0ZRC Update

Last night I reported that XR0ZRC had fired up. They're on 2 bands now. 
They reported today via Bernie, W3UR, and "The Daily DX" that their 
activity will be limited until March 14 when the entire team has 
arrived, along with the main gear.  Once fully operational, they plan 
four stations on the air, 160-10 CW, SSB and FT8 F&H mode, with the 
current QRT date being April 3.
