[ADXA] 7P8LB Low Bands

EJ - expect 160 tonight or tomorrow night. They were supposed to get an 
RX antenna up today (their local daylight time Sunday) and were awaiting 
that before firing up on 160. As you know they were on 80 last night 
with a nice sig and they expect to have a comparable sig (given the 
difference between 160 -vs- 80 condx) but had a lot of QRN and other 
noise on their RX.
