I'll share my 7P8LB experience...
I got up at 6:30AM old time, (7:30 new time) on a Sunday because this was
my only day to work them. (Sundays are normally my day to sleep in. But
this was important),

I saw them spotted on 21.295 - I was in the "Double Bonus" = ATNO + I have
98 confirmed on 15 meters, I need a couple more.
Nothing heard that early. I cleaned around in my radio room. The whole room
smells like Oranges now. I Listened, and waited, and waited...
3 HOURS later, I started hearing them. Then he was gone. Then he was back,
then he was gone...
Half an hour later I made a clear contact. I've got a GREEN CHECK MARK
on Club Log already.

I'll give ZN his Props. I remember him saying recently: "Stay close to the
radio. The OPEN WINDOW may only be several seconds.
Today, it is like that with 7P8LB on 15Meters. He's there for 2 or 3 mins.
then NOTHING. Then he's workable for a couple minutes, then GONE.

Anyway, That's my story. I've got One Green Check Mark so far.- I will try
for 7P8LB on other bands. But If I die tomorrow, I'll die with a smile on
my face, and a headset on my ears.
