7P8LB fired up on 80 meters CW this evening. Their sig is very gud however their rate is not. Morten LA3MHA reports they don't yet have their receive antenna up and are experiencing high QRN and other noise. They expect to have the RX antenna up during the day Sunday, their time (tonight our time), and expect an improvement.
