[ADXA] ADXA Annual Meeting December 7

Greetings to all Big Guns, Little Pistols and Wet Willy's,

For your pre-planning enjoyment I am pleased to announce that the 2019 
Arkansas DX Association's Annual Meeting will be held Saturday, December 
7, at the Holiday Inn in Springdale, Arkansas.

The hospitality suite will be available Friday afternoon/evening as well 
as Saturday evening with our meeting on Saturday. As of this moment in 
time I am not announcing our special guest while details are finalized.

We will have a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn at a special group rate 
for those who want to stay a night or two. This is NOT ready for 
reservations yet. We will advise when it is open.

For some time we have discussed meeting locations and had some excellent 
input during our meeting last Saturday in Hot Springs. Given our last 
two annual meetings have been in North Little Rock and we have had a 
large group travel down from northwest Arkansas we will give our members 
in the northwest part of Arkansas a "travel break" this year.

For those who are unfamiliar with the Springdale, Arkansas area and 
especially the Holiday Inn, it is located adjacent to the Northwest 
Arkansas Convention Center right on I-49 and close to several shopping, 
restaurant and tourist areas including Crystal Bridges Museum.

Many, many more details will be forthcoming however for now please mark 
your calendar and make your plans to be in Springdale, Arkansas December 
6 and 7 for the Arkansas DX Association's 52nd anniversary conference & 
meeting.

Kim and I will be working with local members K5YY, K5FUV, K5XK, K5VR, 
W5JAY and WQ5T in the next few months to finalize.

Make your calendar, make your plans and, of course, GET ON THE AIR AND 
WORK SOME DX!!!
