HI EJ and Don,

Yes indeed we are going into the fall conditions, but don't wait. I know
Don won't, but others might think the bands are too noisy. On 30m last
night there were several great DX entities on like Palestine. Go get them!

We all have life circumstances where we hit the pause button on DXing. You
ought to be able to knock out 300 as the sunspots improve. Congrats on 266
and new ones!

I took a hiatus from ham radio from '79 to '99, and now I'm, of course,
paying for it on my overall country count at age 63. Am going to settle
down and try to work a bunch of 'em that I missed in those 20 years. I have
266 right now, and am at least going to work on getting (hopefully) to that
300 plateau before I kick the bucket, hi hi.

Just got the Australs on 15m CW, and going to work on the Maldives, Lord
Howe, St. Pierre & Miquelon, Palau, Mayotte (San..had I been on during that
hiatus, you'd have helped me with that one), Lakshadweep, and Marquesas in
the next couple of months to jump start me toward 300 (and beyond, of
course).

Really enjoy all the posts on here, with all you 'rarified atmosphere' DX
guns/gurus of Arkansas, hi hi.
