[ADXA] ARRL Delta Division DX Advisory Committee Representative

My PC does  not recognize .p7s files, and I tried to open with word pad, note pad, and several other apps available on windows 10. Can you send the attachment in another form? TU. Not sure what the subject matter is or what the list inside is..
