Need them on both 30 and 40m, so wish I had gotten up. I almost need to know for sure he will be on in order for me to get up and break my sleep habits. HI HI Too often the DX just won’t be there for 3-4 days in a row, then when one does sleep in, THEN they do show up. That’s part of the DX chase. I guess it is best that those of us who are retired to sleep during the day and stay up at night for several days. My wife would kill me.
Just worked the T31EU, fair signal on 20m CW. They were posted on 21mc but nothing heard here. GL EJ on a few new ones on low bands before QRN of summer sets in.

The XX9D is still very weak. Heard on LP last night but could not work. T31 is also weaker than usual. The 9X4 Harald I think is QRT now but back soon. Asia is very hard for most of us in mid NA to work. Tho prop charts show SP is best in afternoon and at our SS and nothing should be heard LP, you sometimes gotta listen to find that LP IS IN!
Some may have to do with SP to Asia from my QTH; my tower has effective height of only 30 feet since my back yard slopes downward to the house and tower. But LP I am much higher, since entire subdivision slopes to the south and I am 40 foot higher than the bottom street, giving me a 40 foot plus 38 foot tower takeoff of 78 feet above ground!!
