I was going through old Qs on the higher bands and found a QSO with Alex,
XW3DT, on 12M CW back in 2012. I sent him e-mail, he confirmed the Q was
in his log. I sent PayPal on 11/18/2018 and got the card last week. It
was in a BIG envelope with about five Russian Federation stamps depicting
Ice Breakers, Castles and Fighter Jets! The card features him sitting on a
deck/bar drinking a pint of beer with rice fields/delta in the back. It
was postmarked Moscow (Mockba) so he may have someone back in the
motherland doing the mailings?

Pat, W5VY
