HA!!!!! Interesting EJ and here's why. 

I worked him on 40 meters over a year ago in December 2017 have been
waiting since then for his QSL. He swears on a stack of Bibles (my words
not his but he's pretty firm) that he has mailed me two cards however I
have yet to receive either. He does confirm he receive my PayPal payment
for his card. I've had several email exchanges with him. The last one,
about four weeks ago, he told me I just needed to QRX as it can take up
to six months to receive the card! Its been over a year since the first
one was "claimed" to have been mailed! 

One thing is for sure.....I ain't sending him any more damn money! :-))
