[ADXA] Lack of Solar Activity

It appears that the lack of Solar Activity is taking it's toll.  Band
conditions are terrible for trying to work anything outside the NA and some
SA.  I did do fairly well working RTTY for the contest yesterday into
Europe, but nothing "special".  Today there is very little CW on the
cluster and the digital modes are equally bad across the board.  Hopefully
the sun will wake up and conditions will improve.
