[ADXA] VP8LP

Hi,

VP8LP is on 17m and working the FT4 mode.  Worked him with just 8 watts and
got a -3.  Shame he is not on LOTW as I have worked him many times on a few
band modes.  He is calling CQ and I am sure he would get more folks calling
him if he was on LOTW.  Don't need him for ATNO, so>>>>>..  

 

Maybe if I get him on 3 more bands for a full sweep I will do the card
thing?
