[ADXA] New Member Stats for Steve, N4JQQ

Steve, N4JQQ, has provided updated Member Standings info.  He has been
adding band/mode multipliers and bumping up his Desoto Challenge standing.
Steve obviously spent some time on 10M in better days..321 is pretty
impressive.   Hopefully someone will activate Bouvet to give Steve a chance
to make #1 Honor Roll.  With luck, he will find #100 on 6M in the 2020
Sporadic E season.
